If you are Christian, who has windows mobile based Pocket Pc or smartphone, I'm sure you would like to have the Bible in your device. There are quite a few different software products available on the market to satisfy your need, I'll list only freeware and only those that have Russian Bible in them:

Firstly there is wonderful but a little heavy product called "E-Sword". It is very professionally made Bible reader which has Strong, highlight, search, comparison etc. Why did I tell that it is a little heavy? because it installs some other programs on your device, and it installs about 2mb of fonts in widnows folder. However if you have plenty of space on your phone, you should consider this program. Another thing that I didnt like about it is that I cannot install it on my ppc if I dont have Windows with activesync on it, so, if you are a Linux user, you must find windows box for this purposes. Another, very nice, Bible reader is made by Russian author Timofej Ha. The reader called "Bible Quote". It has everything that you may need for your personal studies, like strongs, dictionaries, search. I was very impressed with the number of various modules available for this program - the are hundreds of translations, books, dictionaries, encyclopedias etc available on Web. The last, but not least, product I wanted to describe is the version of Bible Quote that was released not by Timofej Ha but by unknown author. Actually program is just looks like Bible Quote, and uses the same modules, but in fact I liked it more than others above, this is the program of my choise. It uses Bible Quote modules without even unpacking them. So all books and extensions are kept in zip archives, which is even bigger economy of space, and addition of the new module is as simple as putting the zip file in software folder.
