This is Google Earth extension that shows Ham Radio prefixes from around the globe.

Just open this file with Google Earth and see "Pfx" icons around virtual globe. Each icon has the basic information about prefix in the current area. Red prefixes are DXCC entities, and green ones are child entities of DXCC (regions) If you click on any icon you can see the information about CQ and ITU zones QTH locator and some other useful information.
