Stefan is not a baby any more he is already 4 years old with his own, sometimes difficult character, his own belonings and his own, while Matvej is not there, room. Stefan was waiting for this birthday every day of the last half an year (at least) and was very surprised and disappointed that his birthday has actually ended. However, there was a cake in for of bus, there was a big bus as a present, there were a few birthday songs and a few other presents. The time is passing by.
